Licenses and Agreements


  • AGNITY Public License (APL)

    Use the SIPr software in source code format (under the terms of this AGNITY Public License (APL) if you want to modify the software and create your own binaries or customizations. This is free in perpetuity and is one of the most open and simple open source licenses.
  • SIPr End User License Agreement

    If you do not want to change the SIPr code or build your own customization to the platform, use the SIPr Open Source Edition binary distributions instead (licensed under the terms of AGNITY Public End-user License Agreement (EULA); these are simpler to get up and running, and you are still free to redistribute unmodified copies. You can build your test cases and controllers with this license and re-distribute them freely.
  • Contributor Agreement

    Code changes / bug fixes and enhancements to the platform are welcome. All contributions will be accepted under the terms of the AGNITY Contribution Agreement.
  • Privacy Policy

    Your privacy is important to us, even though we do not mandatorily collect any personal information except perhaps the email address for the mailing list, we do have stringent Privacy Policy to protect you.
